Health Insurance Case Manager
As a Health Insurance Case Manager, you will manage a shared caseload of up to 175 clients, providing compassionate support and guidance while helping individuals overcome barriers to care. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to improving the lives of others.
What You'll Do
- Assist clients with enrolling in health insurance plans and maintaining coverage
- Prepare and process monthly health insurance premium payments
- Resolve insurance-related issues and advocate on behalf of clients
- Maintain accurate client records through data entry and documentation
- Monitor medical compliance and coordinate referrals for additional services
- Help clients apply for benefits and connect them with resources that support their health, stability, and overall well-being
- Provide compassionate, respectful service that empowers individuals to thrive
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, or a related field (required)
- Valid driver's license (required)
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- A genuine passion for serving others and making a positive impact in the community.
