July 23, 2026

RYAN WHITE HIV HEALTH SERVICES PLANNING COUNCIL

The Ryan White Part A/B HIV Health Services Planning Council is the channel where people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) can express their needs and have funds allocated to where health services are needed most. It is also where all Ryan White federally funded providers, like the FDOH-Duval, report their expenditures to meet these needs.

The Ryan White Part A/B HIV Health Services Planning Council updates the Comprehensive Plan every five years in coordination with the Florida Patient Care Planning Group. Annually, the Planning Council updates need assessment data through public hearings, review of service utilization, and annual client needs assessment surveys.  Process surveys and analysis are conducted locally. Information is used to develop the Comprehensive Plan and to provide information to the Priority & Allocations committee annually.

The Planning Council meets monthly; the HIV community is encouraged to participate.

When: July 23, 2026 (Every 4th Thursday of the month)

Where: 1809 Art Museum Drive, Jacksonville, Florida

Time: 3 to 5 p.m.
