DESCRIPTION:\n\nRYAN WHITE HIV HEALTH SERVICES PLANNING COUNCIL\n\n\nThe Ry
 an White Part A/B HIV Health Services Planning Council is the channel whe
 re people living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) can express their needs and have fu
 nds allocated to where health services are needed most. It is also where a
 ll Ryan White federally funded providers\, like the FDOH-Duval\, report th
 eir expenditures to meet these needs.\n\nThe Ryan White Part A/B HIV Healt
 h Services Planning Council updates the Comprehensive Plan every five year
 s in coordination with the Florida Patient Care Planning Group. Annually\,
  the Planning Council updates need assessment data through public hearings
 \, review of service utilization\, and annual client needs assessment surv
 eys.  Process surveys and analysis are conducted locally. Information is 
 used to develop the Comprehensive Plan and to provide information to the P
 riority &amp\; Allocations committee annually.\n\nThe Planning Council mee
 ts monthly\; the HIV community is encouraged to participate.\n\nWhen: July
