DOH-Duval County: Community Connections – October Meeting

Community Connections is a community group supported by the Florida Department of Health in Duval County.  The community group consists of persons living with HIV/AIDS and those whose lives have been affected by the disease. Community Connections members’ mission is to educate, advocate, support, and empower all People Living with HIV/AIDS and Affected in Northeast Florida communities.  The group is also a vocal planning body focused on raising awareness through “High Impact Prevention” strategies that lead to the overall goal of getting to zero HIV infections

When: 2^nd Thursday of every month at Noon (lunch provided at 11:30 a.m.)

Where: Florida Department of Health in Duval County 515 West 6^th Street, 3^rd Floor Conference Room, Jacksonville, Florida 32206
