Dining Out For Life Jax: Giving Back Re-Imagined Monthly Raffle Promotion

Beginning October 1, 2020 and continuing through March 31, 2021 NFAN and Dining Out For Life® will be orchestrating a promotion to lend support to our Dining Out For Life® restaurants (listed on diningoutforlife.com/jacksonville and nfanjax.org/DOFLJax), sponsors, and local small businesses. Each week during those six months, a raffle will be held for prizes purchased from local small businesses. Once per month, a grand prize winner will be drawn from that month’s entries. Enter as many times as you like. One receipt equals one entry into the monthly raffle.

How Do You Participate? Simply Dine In (safely), Take Out, Request Delivery or purchase a Gift Certificate at one (or all!) of our advertised Dining Out For Life® restaurants beginning October 1st. On the back of your receipt, write your name, phone number and email address (please make it legible) and drop it in the DOFLJAX acrylic box at the restaurant. If there is no box, let your server know that you would like to have your receipt added to the NFAN envelope.

For Take Out or Delivery: Please email NFAN a picture of the receipt along with contact information to dofl@nfanjax.org to be entered into the promotion or drop the receipt off at NFAN, located at 2715 Oak Street.
