IT'S GOOD FOR BUSINESS! 

Dining Out For Life® has international appeal and has proven effective in over 60 cities in attracting diners meaning more business and new customers. Each year, the event raises over $4.5 Million for AIDS service organizations throughout the United States and Canada. Participating restaurants from North American restaurants saw an increase in business by 25% and more on Dining Out For Life® Day.

IT'S GOOD FOR THE COMMUNITY!

The funds raised on Thursday, April 25, 2024, go to fund the NFAN's Mary H. Lewis Food Pantry, which provides food assistance to individuals/families affected by HIV in Northeast Florida. With the high prices at the grocery store, the Mary H. Lewis Food Pantry is an essential must-needed program. 

 

 

WHEN IS IT?

Dining Out For Life® is nationally held on the last Thursday in April. In 2024, the event will be on Thursday, April 25, during restaurants' regular business hours.

 

WHERE IS IT?

Dining Out For Life® Jacksonville / NFAN is excited to extend this invitation to all restaurants in the Northeast Florida area.

    As a participant, this restaurant agrees to the following

    Contribute 25% or more of gross food, beverage, and liquor (optional) sales on Thursday, April 27, 2023. - Allow Northeast Florida AIDS Network (NFAN) to use (without cost or charge) this restaurant’s name, location, phone number, and website in promotional materials for the event. - Inform staff, managers, and other restaurant personnel to promote the event to diners before and during the event. - Promote the event by displaying and distributing DOFLJax material at least two weeks before the event. - Send check payable to Northeast Florida AIDS Network (NFAN) for the agreed percentage of gross sales no later than May 19, 2023
