Joining as an Ambassador for Dining Out For Life® in Jacksonville is a rewarding and enjoyable experience! Your role as an ambassador is crucial to the event's success. Before the event day, you will help promote it to encourage your family, friends, and coworkers to dine at the participating restaurants on Thursday, April 16, 2026. The restaurants will donate at least 25% of that day's sales to NFAN Mary H. Lewis Food Pantry.

As an ambassador, you will be assigned to a restaurant and volunteer during your scheduled shift. Your responsibilities include welcoming diners, raising awareness about NFAN and the Mary H. Lewis Food Pantry, handing out event materials, answering questions, accepting raffle and donation envelopes, thanking diners, and most importantly having FUN!

Training and event materials will be provided to support your success as an ambassador.

  • SIGN UP

    Once signed up, you will go through event training and be given a beloved DOFLJax restaurant to support.

  • INVITE

    Invite your family, friends, and co-workers to dine at our DOFLJax participating restaurants on Thursday, April 16, 2026.

  • RAISE FUNDS

    Help us raise funds for the NFAN Mary H. Lewis Food Pantry. Your contribution will make a difference in the lives of those who need it most.

  • MEMORIES

    Take photos of patrons participating in Dining Out For Life® during your shift and send them to us. We would like to post them on our social media and websites.

  • CELEBRATE

    Join NFAN in celebrating the success of Dining Out For Life® 2024 at a special event honoring our Ambassadors.
