DESCRIPTION:RYAN WHITE HIV HEALTH SERVICES PLANNING COUNCIL\n\nThe Ryan Whi
 te Part A/B HIV Health Services Planning Council is the channel where peo
 ple living with HIV/AIDS (PLWHA) can express their needs and have funds al
 located to where health services are needed most. It is also where all Rya
 n White federally funded providers\, like the FDOH-Duval\, report their ex
 penditures to meet these needs.\n\nThe Ryan White Part A/B HIV Health Serv
 ices Planning Council updates the Comprehensive Plan every five years in c
 oordination with the Florida Patient Care Planning Group. Annually\, the P
 lanning Council updates need assessment data through public hearings\, rev
 iew of service utilization\, and annual client needs assessment surveys. 
  Process surveys and analysis are conducted locally. Information is used t
 o develop the Comprehensive Plan and to provide information to the Priorit
 y &amp\; Allocations committee annually.\n\nThe Planning Council meets mon
 thly\; the HIV community is encouraged to participate.\n\nWhen: August 27\
 , 2026 (Every 4th Thursday of the month)\n\nWhere: 1809 Art Museum Drive\,
