DESCRIPTION:\n\nCOMMUNITY CONNECTIONS\n\n\nCommunity Connections is a commu
 nity group supported by the Florida Department of Health in Duval County.
   The community group consists of persons living with HIV/AIDS and those 
 whose lives have been affected by the disease. Community Connections membe
 rs' mission is to educate\, advocate\, support\, and empower all People Li
 ving with HIV/AIDS and Affected in Northeast Florida communities.  The gr
 oup is also a vocal planning body focused on raising awareness through “
 High Impact Prevention” strategies that lead to the overall goal of gett
 ing to zero HIV infections\n\nWhen: 2nd Thursday of every month at Noon (l
